Priscilla Foertmeyer, MA LPC

As a dedicated counselor, my primary mission is to provide unwavering support and foster profound healing for individuals seeking growth in their emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. My lifelong passion for helping people has driven me through a journey of diverse experiences, shaping my expertise in this field.

During my formative years, I devoted significant time to mission work and completed my education with distinction, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Northern Kentucky University. My commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others led me to volunteer as a youth minister and excel as a business manager in various professional settings.

While I cherished my experiences in the church and missions, I aspired to provide more comprehensive and holistic assistance to those in need. This ambition prompted me to pursue higher education, culminating in the attainment of a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.

In my counseling practice, I adopt a collaborative approach, working closely with each client or couple to facilitate their personal growth and achieve their unique goals. My counseling style draws upon the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational therapy, and person-centered therapy, allowing me to tailor interventions to suit individual needs effectively.

I take pride in being a certified SYMBIS facilitator, relishing the opportunity to work with couples and help them navigate the complexities of their relationships.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I find immense joy in my personal life. For the past 12 years, I have been happily married and am blessed with a loving family of five boys. Together, we participate in a diverse range of sports activities and enjoy the great outdoors.

With my extensive background, unwavering dedication, and genuine passion for empowering others, I am committed to making a lasting and positive difference in the lives of those I serve as a counselor.
