Inspired by God’s compassion and mercy and the loving support of those that have helped me along my personal journey, it is my heart to extend that same love, empathy and hope to others. My passion is to provide the support needed to promote hope, healing, and wholeness for those who have experienced trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression or loss. My therapeutic approach is shaped by the lens that God created us for relationships and with those relationships often come pain, grief, misunderstanding and trauma. It is my desire to partner with individuals, couples, and families to help improve communication, foster connection, and restore relationships. My faith is an integral part of who I am, but I recognize that each person’s experiences are unique and personal. I am committed to creating a warm, safe space where therapy is person-centered, empathetic, and each client feels valued and heard.
I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at Abilene Christian University Online with an expected graduation of August 2026. Previously, I have used my Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication in multiple roles in the Aerospace Industry.
In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors with my husband and daughter, exploring new places, traveling, connecting with friends, drinking way too much coffee, and painting.
