Couples Counseling Tune-Up: A Three-Session Series

Enrich Your Relationship

Receive a personalized report with a snapshot of your relationship’s strengths and opportunities of growth in categories such as communication, conflict resolution and intimacy to name a few. Sessions will be tailored to focus on skills to engage on your top three growth areas.

Couples will complete the Prepare/Enrich online assessment prior to meeting with Megan Foutz, Marriage and Family Therapy Intern. Over the three sessions, you and your partner will discuss results and build skills through exercises and tools provided during session. The topics covered in the Prepare/Enrich Assessment are the following:

  • Communication

  • Spiritual beliefs

  • Personalities

  • Conflict resolution

  • Finances

  • Stress

  • Partner style and habits

  • Leisure activities

  • Relationship roles

Cost: $90 for all 3 sessions + $35 for the assessment.
