Driven by my belief in God and my passion for helping others, I strive to assist my clients with care and compassion as a counselor in training. I work alongside clients as they pursue spiritual growth, healing, and resilience. My experience in a behavioral health setting has reinforced my dedication to supporting individuals facing mental health challenges such as depression, trauma, and anxiety. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to work through the barriers affecting your quality of life while discovering your strengths. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral techniques, focusing on helping clients identify their inner strengths and build resilience.
I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Malone University, with an expected graduation date of August 2026. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
