I work under the belief that every individual holds inherent value, deserving kindness and respect. Through an integrative approach that leans on person-centered and cognitive-behavioral theories, I strive to walk along side you as you navigate life’s challenges.

It is important to me that I provide a safe and welcoming environment for you to show up as you are without fear of rejection or judgment. Together, we can work towards your unique goals, including managing emotions, developing healthier thought and behavioral patterns, while finding solutions that fit your specific needs. Whether you are journeying through life transitions, healing from trauma, struggling to balance the demands of everyday life, or looking to improve your mental health, I will work collaboratively with you every step of the way.

I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania with graduation expected in May 2026. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. When my studies allow it, I spend my free time reading, knitting, camping, and hiking.
