Lauren David, BA CT
I believe healing happens when we care for the whole person — body, soul, and spirit — and I’m honored to walk alongside individuals as they pursue growth, restoration, and deeper wholeness. My counseling approach is reflective and relational, focused on creating emotional safety and a sense of secure connection where clients feel truly seen and supported.
I draw from attachment theory, experiential work, and trauma‑informed practices to help clients explore patterns, understand their emotional world, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. I see each person as uniquely created by God with their own story, strengths, and lived experiences, and I believe therapy should adapt to the client, not the other way around.
I’m honored to integrate a faith‑based perspective into therapy when clients desire it, exploring how spirituality, Scripture, and a relationship with God can support healing and resilience. My hope is to provide a compassionate, grace‑filled space where people can process their struggles, rediscover hope, and experience meaningful transformation.
I am currently pursuing my Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University and am a Counselor in Training licensed through the state of Ohio, with an anticipated graduation of Spring 2027.
In my free time I love to run, spend time outdoors, check out local farmer's markets, read a good book, and spend time with family! I also love to travel and experience new cultures.
