I believe counseling is a lot like turning over stones. We go in knowing what we’re looking for, but we may not always know where to find it. So, we can turn over the stones until we turn one over that reveals what we’re looking for.

I take my responsibility to you as a counselor very seriously so you can feel safe opening up. I listen vertically as well as horizontally during our sessions for keys and insights into your healing.

My background is in business marketing and communications. I’m currently receiving a master's level education from Xavier University (Go Muskies!) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, so I can become licensed as a Professional Counselor. I graduate in May 2027. My volunteering with Eve Center as a peer counselor is ultimately what inspired me to pursue Counseling full-time.

My prayer for my clients is from Romans 15:13: May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
