I believe in the inherent value that everyone holds as children of God, and I strive to extend respect, compassion, and empathy through my role as a counselor. I approach counseling as a collaborative partnership, where my role is to listen, guide, and work with you throughout the entire process. I aspire to help you find where you want to be, set goals to help you get there, and provide the support you need to realize those goals. I integrate humanistic, person-centered, and cognitive-behavioral approaches into the counseling relationship, which encourage acceptance, empathy, and growth.
I aspire to create a counseling environment that is safe, where you feel welcome and comfortable to show up as you are; supportive, where you are encouraged as you grow; and challenging, where you can strive to achieve your goals. Your wellness is my priority, and no matter what you are facing, we will face it together.
I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Cincinnati, with an expected graduation date of April 2027. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University. In my free time, I enjoy engaging in the arts, trying new foods, and thrifting.
