Trauma can leave us carrying emotional pain long after the event has passed, impacting various areas of our lives. I work to create an attuned and collaborative therapeutic space where you can process those experiences, reduce distress, and reconnect with your strengths.

I am trained in and utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a trauma-informed therapeutic approach that supports the brain's natural healing process, helping clients find relief from distress and create lasting change.

For the past few years, I’ve been working in the administrative area of Living Hope and as an LPC, I also have the joy of working one on one with clients. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

In my free time, I enjoy watching a good series, going on walks, taking pictures of nature, and hanging out with family and friends.
